Set and save column widths of Quick List

With Sigma 8 and later versions, Quick List distribute shown columns evenly. But some columns need to be wider, some more narrow.

User should be able to adjust width for each column (except maybe the far right column) and Sigma should save the chosen widths, to use the widths every time user uses quick search.
