Paste in the resource sheet

In order to get project prices, it would be benificial to paste multiple values in the resource sheet. This would help the following process:

1. After calculation a project, I would like to export the resource sheet (as Excel) and send the bill of materials to a supplier

2. After receiving the Excel sheet with updated project prices, I would like to copy the prices and paste them into the resource sheet to update my project.
