Pin libraries / pricelists in Quick Libraries Settings

It is annoying that all the latest additions, being libraries or pricelists, are inserted in the top of the list of Quick Libraries. Suppose the user can pin one or more libraries and pricelists to the very top of the list (like favourites) and all automatically inserted libraries and pricelists are inserted below pinned libraries and pricelists. In that case, the user has more control over what is available in the Quick List.

Additionally, the user can move a pinned library/pricelist up or down the list of Quick Libraries.
