Customizing Placement of "Other" in Insight Designer

As an end-user

I want the ability to configure the placement of the "Other" category when designing insights,

So that I can control whether it appears at the top or bottom or is excluded from the sorting (none), allowing better organization in the insight view

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Placement Configuration Options:

   • Users can choose from three placement options for the "Other" category:

     • Top: Displays the "Other" category at the top of the list.

     • Bottom: Displays the "Other" category at the bottom of the list.

     • None: Excludes the "Other" category from the sorting.
