Sigma Viewer not bugging with license activation for Sigma Library

When opening a calucation in Sigma Viewer, you are met with an error when opening a calculation that contains materiel from a library in which the Viewer is not connected to through the license which makes it very confusing.

    We will change the Sigma Viewer such that it will not require license for protected data (since the viewer is read only mode).
