Add assembly to a library directly from an estimate

The user should be a able to add an assembly (or any component) to a library, simply right clicking on a giving component, opening the right click menu, and then clicking a menu item "add to library".

Doing so a copy of the assembly will be copied to the default quick library and assessable right away for quick search.

The added assembly should "land" in a "temp" folder in the quick library and the user can then later on move the assembly to a better location if needed.
